Umm, damn. I just got Blinkstrike last night and already had Latro's. I am amazed at the kill efficiency. Combat log shows 2 procs a fight when ever I check. As a combat/sword spec I see 1 extra attack from that. I have mongoose on both and  after I pop my abacus I am amazed I don't start levitating from these huge swords swinging so fast.
