Soloed as 62 rogue (dwarf).

Cleared the area of adds first then went in battle with it.

Crippling Poisons, Gouge, Backstab, Kidney Shot, Bandage.
Those were the key abilities to be spammed, battle took some 3 minutes.

Very easy since it was stunnable / slowable, it did crit for 1k tho' :p

Spec was 25/0/28 and I did use all the abilities twice, though it was not required. When I started the battle I got about it down to 70% hp left, was thinking that "man! I'm not gonna make it", but then I got a brilliant idea to start energy kite, to deal damage in melee range only when my energy bar was full, kidney shotting and twice backstabbing, taking distance again.
Worked wonders.
