I found a much easier place to catch the new fish.  Outside of Kara in Deadwind Pass.  You can catch all the new required fish there.  You do, however still need top notch fishing skill.  I'm guessing its the same skill lvl required for that as Skettis.  If you can fish in Skettis, then your good to go.

This may let you get your inventory up a little easier than making your 5 man party wait for you to catch these.
