lol its retail.... becuz its taken from the retail maps... maybe gms are asnwering tickets and dueling on it :P

but the island is smaller then goldshire

all private servers are illegal but what blizzard doesnt know doesnt hurt them :) besides they dont enforce the rule

wowjunkies together with every other private servers out there are bad and booring. play the real thing or go do something completely different, like knitting, or trowing a ball or something.

GM island is in retail but its not accesable by players

  Private Servers are infact Illegal.
  
  However with over 100,000 people total playing Private Servers,there really isn't much Blizz can do about it.
  
  Your basicly in the line of fire if you actually make people pay to play your server. That's making money off of some one elses product and you could get in serious trouble for doing so.
  
  As for people saying Private Servers are a load of crap and are bad,thats not always half true. Some Private Servers are very creative. The Server Hosts have very ingenious ideas instore for their server. Custom Weapons,Custom Quests,different Play style,Custom Cities.
  
  I think of Private Servers as a Sketch Board to play around and let your imagination go beyond the limits of Retail Wow.
  
  I think everyone has a little Game Designer in them. =P

    hes saying its in retail WoW, so no private server, and in retail wow there are no azeroth flying mounts.

Gm island is in the game , every so often you can see someone random on there by searching in the "who" for "GM ISLAND"

GM Island is at north-east of Teldrasil, download "Yatlas" addon and check it. it realy there.

There are 2 Gm islands on a Private Server. One you can enter by typing .rec port GMisland (If u have GM powers.)

The other one is accessable through Tanaris. Go from the shore and swim to the South-East.

where is this? can you actually SWIM to a GM island from Tanaris, or are you making that up? i have no idea to the answer to any of those questions...
