    its used for a rogue quest. i need 1 to summon a moster.

    You use the lure you made in a previous quest on the slithid crystal to summon the queen.
    Kill the queen, loot the brain, and return to Gadgetzan to turn in.

    You need this for the quest Paw captures queen. When you have this quest, you need to lure out the queen of the gorishi hive.

    the crystal is in the room at 43.5 80.9

    you dont need to mine it  or pick it up just stand beside it. and click your item in your inventory
