Exactly the same problem here. My wife and I were questing together, same factions, same race, she's lower level. She got the quest and I didn't.

Okay apparently if you have the quest Tabetha's Task in your quest log you will not be able to accept the Stinglasher quest unless you abandon it. So, abandon it and just go and pick it up once more in Undercity at a later time.

  As of patch 2.4.1, this is still a problem. Didnt notice I was the only one in the group with out it, and had to run back into camp to drop Tabetha's Task to pick up this one.

    what about if you have tiara of the deep the next part in the chain for tabetha's task?

  Yep, I couldn't get it, abandoned Tabetha's Task, and Hadoken gained a new yellow exclaimation point over his head. Thanks a bunch :)

  I abandoned the Tabitha Quest too but all he has for me is the woodpaw quest...any other ideas why he hasnt got either the stinglasher and Infestation quests?

    The woodpaw quests are prerequisites to these two quests, as I'm sure has already been mentioned. Do them and the Zukk'ashi quests should appear :)
