U can Learn Master First Aid(300-375)in outlands in Falcon Watch--> Coords 26,62 there is a medic where u can buy the book for 300-375 first aid for 4g 25s...when u reach 330 FA u can learn netherweave bandage u buy the book from the same medic for 1g 70s and at last when u reach 360 FA u buy again from the same medic the book for the heavy netherweave bandage for 3g 40s...Npc name :Aresella...
there is also a FP there u can discover....
Tip:U should be 58+ to go to outlands so u cant learn 300-375 FA before 58

even if u get a port to shatt and try to go to falco watch u will die in the way a lot of times cuz mobs are high lvl..its rly difficult...

books are not soulbound. i have bought and sold them. yes, it would be very difficult to get there though.
