im a lvl 59 tauren druid 315 herbalist (because of tauren racial effect) 315 alchemist planning on leveling to 375 eventually but for right now i am trying to save up money for my epic mount riding skill before i lvl to 60 any tips on a good potion or herb to sell?

Try making each potion puting some on AH and see how they
move if they sell out fast then i say go for that one
if they dont then that no it

  I make a wide variety of potions to sell so i don't saturate one market. Healing Elixir, Super Mana, Healing Potion, Agility, Fortitude, Adept's Elixir, Defense and have a guildie engineer make me the Mana injector's. Potions sell really good on Tuesday, Kara reset. Hope this helps.

on my server the potions and elixirs really dont sell that well but the selling of herbs is great. with the exception of and if your lucky enough to get your hands on the recipe for elixir of giant growth. they sell very well. i sell them for 3 for 5 gold and sell out quickly. so just sell herbs and make pots and elixirs for yourself and friends.
