just got it ;) quite an improvement from my old second sight helmet -.-
also...i put a +12 spelldamage red gem and +12 spelldamage + minor speed increase meta gem in it and "enchanted" it with glyph of power :>
i know there are better, much better meta gems but the one i mentioned was the cheapest to me, ill be replacing it when i get the money

the +12 red gem is from pvp vendor for 7k honor...and it gives me round 100 spelldamage ^^ i love it

Where do you find the +12 spelldamage red gems? I search and search the AH on my server and can never find them. Are they rare epic drops?
