dps warriors have their place...they can turn out some pretty consistent numbers and shine during the last 20% of a fight... and any 25-man worth anything will bring at least a few dps warriors, because the last 20% of the fight is usually the make or break time as mana can become thin, etc etc, thus they tip the scale

i don't honestly understand why 95% of warriors roll dps (90% of them being arms) and then QQ up a storm because everyone wants them to tank...

once you reach around 3000AP(had that in Karazhan to give you an idea) executespam sucks, so warriors do as much damage from 100%->20% as from 20->0%
