Yeah, blizzard does favor the horde at low lvls, shamans are much better solo, it was just a fluke that paladins are better for groups.
It only took blizzard so long to give pallys and shammys to both sides because NOONE wanted it to happen, horde or alliance. Plus it was the only distinguishing factor between the factions.
But Horde can stop crying now, as they now have every advantage over alliance they could want, now that they have the new most powerful rogue race and 2nd most powerful pally race.
