does anyone know how to progress from 325? Would be muchly appreciated

Alchemy hits trains for 300 at Feathermoon Stronghold. From there you have to go to Honor Hold in the Outlands to train for 375. Have a mage create a portal to Shattrah City for you. Then have a high level escort you to Honor Hold from there. Even if you die on the way there, the graveyard is at honor hold so you can just res there and then go to the alch trainer. The herbalism trainer for 300+ is in the same building. You can also have a warlock who is already there summon you with a few others.
and for horde??
Thrallmar. Up the hill there is a tower and alchemy trainer in there. Or you can just go to Shatt and in NE part of Lower City in the treehouse there is a trainer.
