Got the Prowl level 1 easy enough so I decided to get the Prowl level 3 from the jaguar on the island in STV. I can't get the prowl to pop up that I've learned it for the life of me. I've had no problem with training the other abilities but I'm failing at this-Is this the only one you have to learn all 3 Prowls in order?
