I need Ghost Mushrooms for a q, and i can se them on my Herbs-map, but i can´t find them og harvest them. Whats is wrong or is it some specials Herbalist  that only can harvest them?

ghost mushrooms are only found in caves. chances are you were in hinterlands and saw them, but you have to actually travel inside the caves to find them.

u can look northeast of hinterlands, the cave in which oozes are living. that's a place good for farming. u kill the oozes easily and get what u want

My NElf Priest farmed mushrooms in the cave behind Priestess Hex.  Little harder to get to if you can't stealth, but you are unlikely to have competition and the mobs there (which used to be elites) are now pushovers. 

i know it doesn't support the herbalism skill as far as leveling, but you can also farm elementals for drops in some areas.  i have found the elementals in un'goro crater to be especially good for this.

ghost mushrooms can be found only in two places...
mauradon and skull rock

mauradon is an instance in desolace, and there's quite a few there, obviously ghost mushrooms are rare, but the intance is one of the easiest ways

skull rock is the cave near the river in the hinterlands. the cave is full of those jellies, but they arent that big of a problem...there's usually about 5 there at a time, so you can farm those, and then return in 1/2 an hour and farm the next 5...be careful tho, since many people want them, and since they sell for ridiculous prices in the AH, others might be camping the place to get them.

they can also be found in caves in the oulands. ive found some in zangarmarsh

I have seen them drop off off the Bog Lords in Zangarmarsh. Not many mind you, but I was farming motes of life the other day and had at least 10 drop.
