ok well i logged in and i dont know what happened but all my skill keys are locked in the bar and i cant move them  any one know how to unlock them?

Main Menu > Interface > Advanced Options (Tab at top) > Lock Actionbars-uncheck (In Action Bars section)
This will unlock them all the time

If you want to just move them but keep them locked Shift+Click on them.
