I can't find any info on how to set thott to upload.  I do have cosmo installed and set to upload.  However when I log in thottbot has no or off for all the settings.

I had this problem too. Simply open the "Kronos" addon ingame and  look through the settings until you find the "Thottbot" thing and check that box. I will provide a more detailed help with this in a few minutes.
