I think leather and skinning is a good one
It's funny that Blizz gave Tauren a boost to herbalism, yet Mulgore sucks for herbs.../shrug. Lots of beast for Skinning in Mulgore, but u can always get wat u can with Herbs now and really raise ur skill wen u get to the Barrens (Wailing Caverns is especially great for this.)

i think u should pick alch+herb.

why would he want blacksmithing and mining thchoices are clear either alch and herb, or leather and skinning those r the best for a shaman
