hi ive been playing wow for about 1 year but i have had about 15-20 diffrent accounts all ranging from 10 - 27 never higher and i just cannot figure out what i want but i have learnt these 4 things:
1.i want to wear leather armour or higher(cloth excepted if its a lock)
2.i want to heal
3.i want to be able to solo but also do dps
4.i love spell casters

and also can you help me with races.... im really not sure what i want because im sooo picky about looks but im only gonna be horde(alliance suck)
im torn between these 3:
1.tauren-nice looks don't mind the mount
2.undead-absolutly love the mounts but not to keen on looks
3.blood elf-nice looks and racial but absolutly hate the mount

So, play a blood elf and get rep with the faction you want to have the mount for... You will just need to transport them to the starting zone of the race who's mount you want as early as possible and do ALL the quests that give rep for that faction (that'll take some research, but is doable).  My husband has a human mage with a NE kitty. 

OR

PVP your way to one of the battleground mounts.  That's very easily done. 

Edit:  Only Pallys, Druids, Priests, and Shammies can heal.  Of those all but the priest can wear leather or better.  I know BE's can't be druids but I don't remember if they can be Shamen.  But BE Palidan is a solid choice.  Though they really are not 'casters'.  Lots of magic, but mostly melee.

So, I guess BE Pally is out. 

Druids have lots of flexibility.  When you got bored you could even just respec and have a whole new talent set without having to reroll.  They are also a good PvP class because of the different rolls they can fill. 

Shamen are a lot of fun too - and are casters.  And they get to wear mail at lvl 40.  :)

ummmmmm.....u should proly be a druid cause they can heal dps and can solo lvl

A Tauren shaman could also be an option...

i say tauren druid but be feral if you wanna solo cause you start to have low helth jusst us rejuve and b form again so ya hope that  helped

ummm well it depends what u like i love my hunter and i own with him

be a plood elfe pally
you can heal
you have awesome buffs
you can tank

Since you want to wear leather or better, be able to heal and have decent dps, I would choose one of these three clases:

1. Pally) have the most armor by far, probably the hardest class to kill, if specced right can heal around as good as a priest, ret pallys are one of the best dps classes in the game with the armor requirments that you listed and they are extremely versitile and can preform for every role possible(except they are limited on crowd control).

2. Druid) Like pallys are extremely versitile and have a spec for every role; however, unlike pallys, druids only get leather, druids cant heal as efficiently as pallys and need regents for some of there healing spells. With a feral or balance druid you can cause way more dps than a pally and can prowl in cat form which is amazing :c]. Both druids and pallys have amazing buffs that are a major help to groups of all diversities.

3. and finally Shaman) Like druids and pallys, shamans can fill many rolls. Shamans shouldnt tank!! they are more of the caster in the bunch. A very nice class if you want moderate to good armor and the ability to cast. That being said shamans run out of mana faster than the other two versitile classes. Shamans are also able to heal and lay totems that are a major help to groups and also for soloing. Unlike druids and pallys shamans have limited group buffs with there totems but have great weapon buffs early on.(these buffs are great for lvling early on)

I suggest a Warlock they are very easy solo and in group also haveing a pet is very useful. They got good dps and casting

Welll, id go with Shammy , they heal , can cast , and have pretty good health .

i want to be a class that is good at pvp i like hunters that have pets but i want to lvl fast and do good damage and dont die fast but no warriors i need to know what a good class is

to the person above me^ be a paladin straight and simple they may not be the funnest class to start out with but they OMFGPWN! at pvp lator on and are awwesome at raids but they get alot of hate on RP servers if ur a Belf Pali especially if u are ret i dun know why rets get alot of hate probably just from jelousy plus did i mention the OMFGPWN!lol

the only way ret pallys beat ANYONE is by using both bubbles and lay on hands.

sounds liek a shadow priest would be good for dps, and they can off heal, or with a quick spec swap u can heal
