    I heard a rumour that with spell power flasks and +35 spell damage potions armed by the casters (+185 spell damage) its possible to take him down with no son summoned?

      If you have the DPS, of coruse it's possible. Check out the video on one of the sites that host WoW vids. Very, very few potions sued.
