I tamed one at 63.  Found 2 pats on the left in front of wall, you may have to wait for them.  Don't aggro trolls.  I put scare beast on one, then immediately lay a frost trap once beast flees.  Use healing pot then Heart of Noxxion (for poison) and then tame.  The scared beast returned at the last second without bringing aggro and got 1 hit in before tame was complete (lucky no poison spit).  Kinda tricky, but I've done it twice with no aggros (lucky) first for the blue snake then second for the gold snake.
