i have a lvcl 14 NE priest and i dont know if i should delete him and get draenei or not any1 help me?

What are you wanting to do? Pve or PvP?

PvE- Human, Draenei, Dwarf.

PvP- Dwarf, Draenei, Night Elf.

Dwarves have:
Desperate Prayer - instant cast, no mana heal.
Stoneform - instant cast, armor increase, immune to poison and bleeds
Chastise - .5 sec cast. 2 sec stun.

Humans have:
Desperate prayer
Spirit boost in racial
Feedback <-- not sure what it does

Draenei have:
Chastise
Symbol of Hope - mana regen to party over 15 sec.

Night Elves have:
Star Shards
Shadowmeld... omg...

Draenei will give you better raid utility and Night Elves are nothing special. But if you are wanting a cool character model I love me some night elf females (>^^)>

well it doe depend on what spec u r aiming for at end game and if u want to pvp or pve..Even though racails rnt omg i need them they r nice to have..If ur healing pve as holy i would go human because of desperate pray and spirit buff(really important). If you want to go pvp shadow i would go night elf for shadow meld, starshards and elunes grace. If u want to disc go night elf..If u want to pvp heal dwarf..and dranei also if u want to pvp heal or pve but it wont b the best at ether

Assuming a priest can't escape the 5 sec rule for mana regen you would have to have ~875 spirit for human spirit boost > symbol of hope for the caster alone.  Assuming the priest stands there looking stupid for the whole fight you would need 262 spirit for the human racial to be more useful for just the caster.

Many people assume 75% of the time in the 5 sec rule... at 551 spirit you get the same amount of mana regen.  But the symbol of hope also boosts 4 other peoples mana by ~1000 every 5 min...  which means symbol of hope wins.

Looking at racials I would still roll dwarf for arena though... considering priests are considered high on the squishy list the are targeted soon: extra armor, bleed/poison immune and instant cast self heal... not to mention a sap to help the kiting!  Being physically short as a healer is never bad for keeping a LOW profile too.

I guess I must not be up to date on my preist racials, but wat happened to the dwarfs fear ward?? Did they take it away??

Dwarf/draenei fear ward was given to all priests.  They were given a instant 2 sec sap w/ initial damage in return.
