70.46 are dead on coords!

I was able to complete the first round of the Mastery quests there:  Clefthoof/Windroc/Talbuk.

By the time you clear everything out, they've all respawned again.

Windrocs were the least plentiful, and when the other two quests were complete, I ran to 68.40 (across from the Safari) and grabbed the last few.
