I have switched between all of them and if you ask me dest is the best go with dest and afflic dest being your main and while it does present a big drain on mana a mix of affliction to start you attack and you dest for massive crit hits you are unstopable. Can easily take 3 or my level and my gear is still in its low stages. Entering bg at 63 I was able to score 7th when almost everyone was 69. Mix and match make your own choice.
