i still running thottbot addon trough cosmos.
but i cant seem to find any profile anymore.
when did the support for this end?
and if it ended, why does thottbot stil collect that data?

The profiles are not currently supported with Blizzard's release of the Armory a much more capable profiling system. The Thottbot addon still makes use of the data for item processing.
