You can usually buy the expert first aid book (gets you to 225 from 150) at AH for 1.5 - 2.0 gold. If you don't mind making the trip, there is a vendor in stromgarde (in arathi highlands) that you can buy one from for 90s. That vendor also has the Heavy Silk manual and Mageweave manual both pretty cheap (less than 1g for both as I recall). If you take the road north of out the wetlands it will take you to arathi. follow that up into arathi and make a left at the fork in the road. Watch out for the courier patrol which will pound you pretty good if you're not high level. After making the left, stay straight on that road (stop off on the right at refuge point to get the flight path). After a good run down that road, you'll see stromgarde on your left. Take the path up to stromgarde and make a right after you pass under the overhead bridge, make a right and walk until you see the alliance held area of strom. make another right and follow that around. I forget the exact location of the vendor but it's a pretty small area to explore. He has runes for mages too. I'm not in the area so I don't recall the tloc locations...
