I am stuck at 265 in BS with not many options left to make...Were are more plans and what is easy to grind up.....Also is BS worth doing, i am noticing that the gear from BG's is much better than anything i can really make!

Go to tanaris and deliver Thorium bar to get Imperial Plate recepies. They use Thorium and should take you to 300++.

If it is worth it? Maybe not, but it adds an element for me in the game. I think it is kinda fun and I have other skills on other alts so I am covered...

I found the imperial plate recipes a massive help. and at 70 it was easy to grind the mats. i only bought the bracer recipe however, because all i wanted was to get my skill up, so why bother with the rest

i simply flew the ungoro and made my way round the edges over and over grabbing throrium.  took me about 35-40 minutes to grind up bout 60 bars which easily got me 5 levels.

i would recomend this strategy to anyone stuck with no way to lvl. grab the imperial plate recipe and start farming away

60 Thorium in 35-40 minutes in Un'Goro not possible. Let's go over the route. I'll be referring to the map like a giant clock because it's a great big circle. Small nodes worth 2.5 Rich nodes worth 5

Starting at 12:00, aka Marshalls Refuge.

12:30 by crystal tower always a Mithril sometimes a thorium way back 1/7 average for me. Lets say you got it. +2.5 Thorium

1:00 Donkey Kong Cave (I say that cause gorillas drop empty barrels like the classic) 2 small nodes. Sometimes 1 small south of DK cave. +7.5 Thorium.

2:00 - 4:30 Sometimes there is one around there. Always small. +2.5

4:30 - all the way back to 12:00 - 2 small 1 rich +10

directly south of center is the Insect Cave 1 at entrance 1 inside both small and 1 mithril. +5

Direct Center of Un' Goro 1 Rich +5

30 Thorium whole route, takes much longer then 35 minutes at least at my level 54 at the time. Donkey Kong cave takes 15 - 20 minutes because the Un Goro Gorillas add a bunch of mobs the thunderers and stompers do not.

Insect Cave yielded some awesome drops. In the big room there was a rare spawn, the rare spawn created a bunch of adds while i was fighting and added another mob so when I engaged the mob, it was 1 vs 1. Half way through it was 4 vs me. When all was said and done the rare dropped a green but the add dropped the Warmonger. Not bad, Got like 4 thorium ore in cave 3 truesilver ore and some good drops.

One last note regarding ungoro, wherever you see a crystal tower there is going to be a mining node spawn. If not by entrance to the path go all the way back.

30 is a great run, 60 is 2 runs. All this is dependent on if anyone else is farming thorium there. Which there always is. Even at 3:30 AM I still compete with others. He who has the fastest mount wins.

None is mentioning the huge amount of thorium in Silithus.  Go between all three hives, and just keep going in a circle.  I had 90 thorium ores in 40 minutes

Actually, you CAN get 60 bars in the one run - I've done it myself. There are thorium nodes on some of the small hills within the crater away from the outskirts as well as a few rich deposits around the volcano in the centre.
Early in the morning is good, coz very few people are around :-)
