I am currently a lvl 40 rogue, and I just learned about thistle tea. 

So I want to start cooking, but I can never find those ingredients.  Where is the best place to find those ingredients like wolf meat, eggs so I can hurry and get to lvl 60 in cooking.

well ur lvl 40 so u should be able to find some ingrediants at AH

wolf meat you can get from the darkhounds around Brill,and the eggs drop off the dragons in Eversong Woods

all wolves drop wolf meat (no matter what area: Elwynn, Duskwood, where ever).  higher level wolves drop wolf meat for higher level recipes.  eggs come from just about any bird.  to get the low level mats, you're going to either have to grind low level mobs or see if there's any at AH
