im at 269 and it seems impossiable to go higher,if anyone knows how plz message me

For Alliance - get quest from Nissa Firestone in IF (55,58) - upstairs where herbalism trainer is located and then go to see Dr. Gustaf VanHowzen in Foothold Citadel in Dustwallow to get the following:
1) Artisan 1st Aid (FA 300) (must complete quest Triage to receive the training - an irritating quest to save 15 wounded soldiers, while only allowing 6 to die - trick is to do critical, then badly wounded and then minor as the worse they are wounded the quicker they die - just stand behind the doctor, use a hot key for the bandage, once started to heal a soldier, lock onto next one to do (don't wait till healed)- took me 3 attempts;
2) heavy mageweave clothe(FA 240);
3) runeclothe (FA 260); and
4) heavy runeclothe (FA 290)
