Hoping to upgrade to this soon, will be replacing Deep Thunder, i think it is the best choice of weapon definately for 2v2 and 3v3, in 5v5 you will likely have other ppl who can control the other team, so sword spec may be more useful for the extra burst dmg. If you play mostly 2v2 or 3v3, get this before the sword. (i won't bother to mention axe spec)
