Felecia Gump in Stormwind City sells the spice - she is located at 64,61 - which is located on the canal, not inside the trade district - up from the griffon roost, turn right to go to canal and then right again - looking for a flower place - husband only sells flowers, she sells the spice, get lots so will not have to go back for more.
