Make sure you have 225/225 First Aid.
Step 1 (Train Artisan): Go to Theramore. Enter Foothold Citadel. Turn right, and then left. You should see the NPC named Doctor Gustaf VanHowzen <Trauma Surgeon>. He should have the yellow exclamation point above him meaning you have to do a quest.
Step 2 (Complete Quest: Triage): It's simple enough. Heal the wounded soldiers with the Doctor's special bandages. Notice that there are different wounded soldiers, there are critacally, badl,y and just normal wounded. Try and get the Critically/Badly Wounded ones first, they die faster.
Step 3 (Training Mageweave): After you get Artisan go to Arathi Highlands. You have to go to [/b]Stormgarde Keep[/b] it is roughly at 26, 65 or South-West of Refuge Point. Enter the keep until you can turn right go through the area with all the gaurds and go across the bridge. You will be in a vined area. He is a potions vendor, it should be the first thing you can buy.
Step 4 (Back To Theramore): Get your First Aid skill to 240 and then head back to Theramore. Talk to Doctor Gustaf VanHowzen again inside the Citadel and he will be able to train you Heavy Mageweave for free.
Step 5 (Runecloth & Heavy Runecloth Bandage): Simple enough get skill to 260 for Runecloth and Doctor Gustaf VanHowzen will teach you Runecloth Bandage for free. For Heavy Runecloth Bandage get skill to 290 and go back to the doctor. Thats it until you get to Outlands.
