I see what you are saying but your example is not affected by my idea.  You are lvl 65 and he was lvl 51, this is only a 14 level difference, so no honor lost.  Also, even if you had a bigger gap in levels, you could group with your guild members at any time and thus, if they are attacked, you can defend them free of worry.  You may have misread my idea.  Again, the general premise is to prevent high level camping in low level zones.  Not to prevent normal interaction in the world.
