Im lvl 70 and am thinking about taking up skinning again, and i was just wondering if its really worth going back to all the low lvl areas and getting my skill up. I used to be a skinner when i was lvling but i stopped at 170 cause it was taking too much time. Another question realated to that is how many things do i have to skin to get my skill up 1 when/if i get it up higher? Thanks

try skin orange beast ... easy to know what lvl is...

take ur skinning lvl and divide by5 ...

soo if u r at 170..

170divide 5 =34
skin beast lvl 34 and when u up to 175 go on lvl 35 and keep like this...u gonna win 1 skill per skin cause they gonna be orange.
keep going this thrue 375... not long.

Im lvl 44 hunter wiv skinning 277 if i use this method i hav 2 skin lvl 55's about :s hehe though the method still works but not 4 me cos i got 2 kill 11 lvl above my own lol

It's your skinning level divided by 5, not your toon level.  Since your skinning level is 277, you are able to skin animals up to level 55 or 56 (not sure which one).

well its not quite 56 so i say 55:)
