I dont know about gear but for spec, feral is your best bet, with feral you dont have to worry about mana too much and you can deal  probably the most damage as a druid. restro, well restro is just a bad idea because druids dont have near the mana capacity to pvp heal exspecaly at lvl 19. Balance, i have never been one for balance even in pve because of constantly having to stop and drink but in pvp i think you would just find yourself constantly running out of mana and then getting ganked. so go with feral it works wonderfully for me.  :)

Resto is actually probably your best bet with one point also going to nature's grasp.  The best bet for a druid at 19 is to be a flag runner/side healer.  If you have the money you could go for two sets of gear, with one maximizing stamina and the other +healing, but this is the gear i will be using on the druid i am currently making.

Head: Green Tinted Goggles (+100Hp)
Neck: Thick Bronze Necklace
Shoulder: Talbar Mantle
Back: Battle Healer's Cloak (70 Armor)
Chest: Blackened Defias Armor (+100 Health)
Wrist: any "of the eagle" with 3stam and 2int  (+9 stam)
Hands:  Scouting Gloves of the Eagle (+30 heal, +10dmg)
Waist:  Girdle of the Blindwatcher
Legs:  Darkweave Breeches (Golden Spellthread)
Feet: Nat Pagle's Extreme Anglin Boots (Boar's Speed)  or Sanguine Sandals until you get Nat's
Finger: Seal of Sylvanus
Finger: PvP healer's ring
Trinket: Arena Grand Master & Insignia of the Horde
Weapon: Crescent Staff (+as much healing as possible)
    -another option for weapons is evocator's blade main hand, and furbolg medicine pouch offhand.
I think it's important to try and get as much spirit as possible because you won't have as much many as other healing classes.

boots all suck for druid so whatev + minor speed
Rings - bloodring, PvP healing ring and melee ring, seal of wrynn, seal of sylvannas all work
for wep i'd get a twisted chanter staff or rhakzors hammer maybe

with this you could flag run AND heal so its good support

get entangling roots

Thought druid of the fang gear from WC was the best druid twink gear, if im right most of it is for added bonuses to druids. Maybe wrong but im pretty sure. Go farm WC and see although items of the fang are BoP. but have great set item quality's for druids, and hunters. just seen post before mine yah get of the fang for 19 druid its worth a few trips, even for alli

Just a little bit of info about a druid at level 19: In my opinion your best bet is to get mostly stam with a 2nd set of gear if you have enough money for healing. The shapeshift is great for flag running and you can get over 2k hp with just some avg buffs if you gear yourself right. Then you can grab your healing gear and be almost as good a healer as a priest. Overall druids are underrated at 19. You can be very very good but most of the time your skills will go wasted except you are with a good group.

There are many people who use different enchants and maybe a little different gear but this is a main build that should work very well. Please post comments and other gear/enchant ideas if you have them.
