Can some1 plz write the ODDS between :
and if its important , i mean for a WARRIOR.
(i mean , for exmple , 2 str = 1 attack power......)

BLOCK RATE and BLOCK VALUE?
STRANGTH and ATTACK POWER?
CRITICAL STRIKE and ????????? ?

I only know STR = MATKPWR (Melee Attack Power, don't think it is Magic Attack Power)

(STR - 10) x2 = MATKPWR

E.G.

I am a warrior with say 440 strength, minus ten i have 430, 430 times two is 860, my Strength gives me 860 Melee Attack Power.

This helps so if you see an item with 40 strength, it should give 80 MATKPWR, or if you take that you are going to make it use the 10 strenght left out, 60 MATKPWR.

This can help matching gears, talents etc.

EDIT: I almost forgot to add in! Thottbot has the ratings needed for percantages, yesterday I saw in thottbot that 15.77 spell haste rating was 1%, so search around and you should find it.
