Resto is actually probably your best bet with one point also going to nature's grasp.  The best bet for a druid at 19 is to be a flag runner/side healer.  If you have the money you could go for two sets of gear, with one maximizing stamina and the other +healing, but this is the gear i will be using on the druid i am currently making.

Head: Green Tinted Goggles (+100Hp)
Neck: Thick Bronze Necklace
Shoulder: Talbar Mantle
Back: Battle Healer's Cloak (70 Armor)
Chest: Blackened Defias Armor (+100 Health)
Wrist: any "of the eagle" with 3stam and 2int  (+9 stam)
Hands:  Scouting Gloves of the Eagle (+30 heal, +10dmg)
Waist:  Girdle of the Blindwatcher
Legs:  Darkweave Breeches (Golden Spellthread)
Feet: Nat Pagle's Extreme Anglin Boots (Boar's Speed)  or Sanguine Sandals until you get Nat's
Finger: Seal of Sylvanus
Finger: PvP healer's ring
Trinket: Arena Grand Master & Insignia of the Horde
Weapon: Crescent Staff (+as much healing as possible)
    -another option for weapons is evocator's blade main hand, and furbolg medicine pouch offhand.
I think it's important to try and get as much spirit as possible because you won't have as much many as other healing classes.
