Block, dodge, and parry ratings LOW? Are you retarded? My warrior in pre-Kara and one or two Kara pieces has 15% dodge, 16% parry and 25% block. 26%/22%/26% is real good in BT gear. He's only getting hit half the time and he's ALWAYS blocking at LEAST 600 damage a hit if he constantly has Shield Block up(which any self-respecting tank SHOULD).
