Mining is a failsafe. Engineers, Blacksmiths, and Jewelcrafters will all be buying from u, meaning u shuld hav little problem moving ur product. Most servers also hav a high demand for Herbs, but u may find a better market for Dissenchants or even Leather. Ask around to see wat's selling. Also, while im not sure wat the new "Inscription" proffesion set to come out with WotLK will use, there's talk that Enchanting mats will b required.
