Twinks are just part of the game.
How anoying they are sometimes, it's a thing the game can do for you.

I hate it when a BG is full with them, but when I get killed by one thats 10 lvls lower I cant hide a grin, cause I didnt see it comming :)

Dont have one myself (saving up for my epic mount) but will prob make one later.
