is there a need for a couple sticky topics just to give a few clues to the average visitor such as there is something as Page: 1 2 3 4 5 ... 23  Next> at the bottom and it could be that their questions are already posted on a other place.

Furthermore that its not such a good idea to have titles of threads ONLY IN CAPS LOCK SO THEY STAND OUT A BIT. and all sorts of other nifty features and guidelines and house rules of this forum.
