My skinning is at 150 and my leatherworking is at 1. I can't find any of the hand stitched recipes to get my leatherworking up. Does anyone know where I can find these recipes?

u can go to the auction house and buy them.or you can use thottbot leatherworking click on it then a whole list of items you can make comes up,then pick one and click on keyword vendor that will show you where you can buy all vendor recipes

You will be given the option to purchase recipes from the leather worker Trainer right from the start.  Go back to where you first picked up the skill for leather-working because he has recipes for you and he will continue to have recipes for you for a long time. Start with that, they are cheap... then keep your eyes open at the Auction House for other recipes as you level up but beware, some of those recipes can be purchased cheaper at a vendor.  Check on thottbot to see where the recipe is coming from, a drop or a vendor.  If a vendor decide if it is worth it to seek vendor out, or if the price is fair at the AH in comparison to time spent going to the vendor yourself.
