I just paid 500g for this and I'm not sure it will turn out to be worth it.  I guess I can afford it.  I'm still saving for epic flying.  The thing is speed increase isn't really good for anything but PVP and I don't know how in demand it will be.  Wish it were Boar's Speed.  The people who would get the most use out of it are hunters and rogues in 10-19 WSG with the fishing boots, which can be enchanted with this.  We'll see how it goes.
