Alright, got to 300 BS, got the training to get to 375.  Looking to become a Master Swordsmith eventually but I'm stuck.  I've talked to the weaponsmith in SW, he's given me the ability to make Phantom Blade and such.  Now the plans are red and say they require me to be weaponsmith, which I thought I already was, but suppose not.  So how do you become a weaponsmith officially?  Then go to everlook then overlook the quest, take training to become a master weaponsmith, then somewhere along the way become a master swordsmith?

A link that explains it would be fine or if anyone could type up an answer I would appreciate it. so far this is quite confusing to me.

Thank you for your time.

Try this web sight

http://wow.crafterstome.com/home.html

There is an article under "Weaponsmiths Diverge"

Also, try

http://www.wowwiki.com/Blacksmithing

Read down to "Becoming a Weaponsmith"

Don't know if you did all this.

I did my weaponsmith training in Iron Forge {center} of forge
there are to guys in the middle one is weapon one is armor.  Do the work for them and get the training.  You can only pick one  and sounds like you want weapon

Wow - just finished doing my weaponsmith qualification at IF - takes a lot of gold spent in the AH and/or alot of mats to do all 12 items but in the end worth it, I feel.  You have to talk to the trainers in the center of the forge to get the quest, at which time you select weaponsmith or armourcrafter.  You can switch later on but of course takes more work and mats - so choose carefully.  As a weaponsmith, the trainer requires you to make 4 Moonsteel broadswords, 2 Big black maces, 2 Heavy mitril axes and 2 massive iron axes.  I easily spent 100+ G at the AH to get the mats, but now can proceed to craft better weapons.  Hope this helps.  Good luck and happy mining.
