Do enchanters expect or should they expect tip for Disenchanting items? Reason i ask is because i've been saving up green items and i dont wanna have to pay useless gold for tip (i would tip anyway) just not large amount cuz that would defeat my purpose.

Secondly, Does this proffesion go by lvl? As in, do you have to be a certain lvl to get to skill 255 example. Or can i hypothetically have a lvl 1 master enchanter, granted being able to get to trainers.

To answer your first question, pay. If they don't accept the tip, great. They are taking the time to do you a favor. Give em a gold or two. Explain what you have. You will probably find someone (lvl 70) to do it for free.
