i am new at this game and can make +40 armor kits and +8 stamina armor kits. what is better for 61 bm hunter?

I would say stamina is better, because armor only protects you from physical attack. Stamina increases your health, which means you can take more damage, be it physical or magic.

Yeah that would be the most logical explaination unless you wanted to sell your kits, you would go with the armor.

also, if you haven't yet noticed, your stamina also applies to your pet.  the more you have, the more your pet has.  this is true for warlocks as well.

I'd say that the stamina kits are better in ever case. Both for selling and for personal use.

I would go for the stamina kit anytime.

Especially if, as RValarian points out, you're a hunter or warlock.
