about pally vs shaman.
i really don't know why blizzard says they are each other's counter part.
1st of all i will NEVER understand why pally has plate(that leaves warr with no advantage);anyway it is true that pally is a very easy class to play with but shaman is not as hard as a good druid either. It's easy either u win fast with a shammy or die really fast. AS for healing omg, the only really good thing about resto shamans is earth shield, that's it, all his heals are kinda crappy can't compare to neither priest, pally or druid.
The enh shammies are good against casters imo, they do hit hard.  (but against a plate wearer not so much)
The elem shamans (like myself) have ok dmg (especially with the lightening overload), BUT if u get spotted (and being a tauren makes that very easy:D) u WILL die fast.(+u dont really have anything to brake ccs or slows, except ofc for trinkets and stuff like that)
Bottom line if u are better than ure opponent u will win in pvp.
In pve all classes are v god imo, unless ofc u don't mess up really bad/ u're a moron
