Actually found two new recipes in Zangarmarsh in Sporeggar, sold by Mycah (17,51) - called Clam Bar (4320 HP, 20 stamina and 30 spirit) and the other is Sporeling Snack (a treat for your pet).  Clam Bar requires 2 Jaggal clam meat, which alot of the mobs drop while you quest -it takes 2 meat and 1 soothing spice (which you can buy from the innkeeper in Cenarion Refuge).  Typical me, I had 20 meat but no recipe, sold them in AH and then found the seller for the recipe - stupid, stupid.  You have to be neutral or friendly to be able to buy.  He takes 1 Glowcap mushroom. The basalisk in Zangarmarsh also will give you chunks of meat for roasting as well.  Good luck and hope this helps.
