what is the max time u can upgrade battle shout?

Like 3mins+ not sure but the points put into it are stupid you lose dps so i wouldnt put any points into improve your shouts

no, its not stupid point placement. the shout always runs out at 2 min, so a 3 min shout is working longer for you. cause we all know how busy we are in arena to watch wheather the the shout expired or not (and it always expired ) and dont want to waste 10 rage when this can be used on an intercept, or an MS downpayment. besides....the other choices for those 5 points MUST be placed in either Unbridaled wrath...which is not a spectacular talent or a Demo shout boost....which is somewhat usefull against bears, warrs, rouges and hunters. so its a toss up...with no clear favorite. there is no DPS loss or gain from placing those points.
