i reakon that on equipt the weilder will become the next lich king, it just doesnt fit in with the game at all, cuz after a few raids, there will be hundreds of lil liches runnin around

Wait, do you think it could possible be that the FIRST person who gets this, becomes the new Lich King, and nobody after that can loot the sword? Or maybe they will just make it ridiculously hard to get it. 

Like maybe you have to kill Illadan, Keal'Stras Sunstrider, and Archimonde to even GET INTO the upper part of Utgarde Keep?  I think that the upper part of Utgarde(level 80 raid?) leads to the Icecrown which is where the frozen throne is (and Arthas), and the lower part is like 69-72 (leveled).

Anyway if anyone has any other thoughts on this... let me know im curious!

not quite, u wont have to kill kil jeaden or ne TBC raid bosses to get into a lvl 80 raid.

that would be like blizzard making you clear BWL to get into gruuls lair, very stupid.

however i will bet my life the attunement to get into iccrown cittadel when that patch is released will be hard as hell.

wil probable be like the twin blades of azzinoth ioe you dont become ruler o utland when you have both of them and skull of guldan and all of his stuff on.

What would be really interesting is if, after you have killed Arthas (if thats what u must do) Everyone must then fight over who gets the sword, kinda like everyone was corrupted by its power or something, just a thought though

you forgot one thing, this sword is not legedary nor epic, its classed as artifact that is a two handed sword, how do i know? coz i have seen it, so far only been able to get on private servers or by a GM looking up random weapons to show his GM buddys, most likly to be edited to say, only death knight on it

6. This in an Evil blade you will want its equal counterpart... You will need to find a Weapon of Uther Lightbringer, or Lothar? or perhaps the Uncorrupted Ashbringer? Now that would be cool,  to see a Pally using that in the final battle with Arthas...

i have heard some rumours of the ashbringer being brought back, i dunno might be something random some1 made up. But the rumurs ive heard have something to do with recrafting the blade to make a new weapon. e.g: weapon for your class like ashbringer bow- for hunter for example..... as i said befor this may be a load of rubbish but its just rumours. Just like the guy in tekkor forest that crafts you a weapon with +damage to deamon's?

rumors on ashbringer are going around.  Most are saying it will be the Warrior alternitive to frostmourne.  But I think blizz wants to bring back all the old legendarys and i dont blame them ::drolls at the thott of a lvl 80 rogue with the lvl 80 versions of the twinblades of azzinoth::

Than Scourge Started disobeying the Leigon, so the both are mad at each other

yes frostmourn will be awsome but dont forget about the ashbringer, they will probly be on par with eachother

No....he was saying that warriors with the new talent could hold a 2H in the main hand and have a shield to tank not DKs, but I highly doubt that. What tank would spend most of his talent points in the fury tree >_<.

Rech? you can wield a 2h weapon in real life in one hand, just really need to be REAL REALLY REALLY strong, like, they should mae it u'd have to have a certain amount of strength before u cnan wield the 2h, but, Blizzard means its a 2h in one hnd and a 2h in the off hand cause (if the game is real life) the warrior spends most of his time if hes furry duelwielding so he'd be really strong

ok what i think is that this sword frostmourne will be DK only because if u know your lore when arthas (sos spelling) picked it up he became a DK so only a DK should be able 2 use it and if u ask y a pally cant use it well then heres what i think
pally-the sword still soul damit that just screams NO!at pallys
and with a warrior no guild would give a sword like this 2 anything other then a DK to start with since it will be most likly be made for a DK
and if i hear any hunter whining y they cant have this sword i would tell them 2 shut it and my mains a hunter any other class get first dibs of melee weapond over hunter since we be using a range weapon which we get dibs on and trust me im betting u almost anything that there will be a bow/crossbow/gun in WOTLK which is the hunter version of this  and also it most likly wont have much agi or AP on it

The Ashbringer will be coming back in WotLK. You can do a bunch of quests to make Uncorrupted AB or Corrrupted AB purer and twice as strong, probly the only way to kill Arthas is to use the Pure Holy light in AB.2 against the pure evil in Frostmourne.Oh and  BTW, Just go to www.wrathofthelichking.com. The Frostmourne is gettable by killing Arthas which will be hard jsut like the Twin blades of Azzinoth. But whoever attended the BlizzCon, int heir lil party pack gets a free Frostmourne. SO yes, it is not limited. ALso, other classes cannot wield this because it is a runeblade. therefore, no this is not possible to hold on 1 hand from the warrior's fury trait ithink....
