im a lvl 52 hunter and i cant find mithril or trusilver anywhere

Searing Gorge is good for mithril.  I've found some in Ungoro crater too.

There is loads of Mithril in Hinterlands, go to where the trolls congergate and every time you turn around there is some close by!!

go to badlands..highest concentration of mithril ive found

Top 3 places for mithril: 1) Badlands
                                      2) Hinterlands
                                      3) Searing Gorge

Top 3 places for truesilver:  1) Burning Steppes
                                            2) Hinterlands
                                            3) Un'goro Crater

Want both?  Hang out in Hinterlands.

I am lvl 60 warrior have been looking for best place to mine thorium.  I did a sweep of ungoro and only found 3 veins.  Someone mentioned that Nethergarde, Blasted lands has a lot in the mines, I am not sure if I have to have a certain rep I see the veins but it won't let me mine them.  Any help in greatly appreciated.

If you can't mind Thorium, it might be because it's a rich vein.  requirement to mine:

rich thorium is 275
small thorium is 250
dark iron is 230
true silver is 230
mithral is 175
gold is 155
iron is 125
silver is 75
tin is 65
and of course copper is 1.

additionally bloodstone is 155
and incindite is 65
